Mobility and sustainability
Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass
At check-in, you receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass. Kaltern and South Tyrol focus on sustainability, and with the new Guest Pass introduced throughout South Tyrol, our guests can use all public transportation within the SüdtirolMobil network, including the Mendelbahn in Kaltern.
The Guest Pass is a digital guest card, included in the room rate at participating establishments. It is personalized with your name and stay dates, allowing you to use the services throughout your stay.
For each trip, the Südtirol Guest Pass must be validated with a simple check-in at the validation devices on buses or at train stations.

Room Categories and Facilities
Our hotel offers 34 spacious and comfortably furnished rooms, 22 of which are fully wheelchair accessible. These barrier-free rooms feature bathrooms with height-adjustable, wheelchair-friendly washbasins, tilting mirrors, and walk-in showers to ensure maximum comfort and freedom of movement. Please note that the bathrooms do not include bidets and the rooms are not air-conditioned.
If you would like a room with a balcony, please indicate this explicitly when booking.
Four-legged friends
To ensure a comfortable stay for guests with allergies, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets.
An exception is made for guide dogs for the blind as well as assistance and companion dogs for people with disabilities, provided they are specially trained and officially recognized. Please inform us at the time of booking.
