These Terms and conditions apply to this website and to the transactions related to our products and services. You may be bound by additional contracts related to your relationship with us or any products or services that you receive from us. If any provisions of the additional contracts conflict with any provisions of these Terms, the provisions of these additional contracts will control and prevail.
Room rates & Local tax
Room rates are quoted per person per night, based on double occupancy, and include the booked board option (breakfast or half board).
All prices published on the website include the statutory value added tax (VAT).
The local tax, introduced on 01/01/2014, is not included in the room rate. It amounts to € 2.50 per person per night and is collected directly by the accommodation providers. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax. The local tax is payable upon departure and will be shown separately on the invoice.
Included in the room rate
- Booked board according to the reservation confirmation:
- Bed & breakfast: rich breakfast buffet with a selection of gluten-free products.
- Half board: 3-course menu; can be served gluten- or lactose-free upon request (please notify in advance).
- Free provision of aids such as patient lifts, wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, etc.
- Use of the hotel’s indoor pool (12×8 m, 140 cm depth, approx. 31 °C water temperature) and sunbathing area with loungers.
- Large parking lot and locked room for bicycles and e-bikes.
- Free use of the library, common rooms, and children’s playground in the courtyard.
- Free Wi-Fi/internet access in rooms and all areas.

Discounts for Children & Adults on Extra Bed
- Children 0–3 years: 100% discount, including baby cot
- Children 3–8 years: 40% discount on the booked room rate including booked meal plan
- Children 8–14 years: 30% discount on the booked room rate including booked meal plan
- From 14 years: 20% discount on the booked room rate including booked meal plan
Booking and Best Price Guarantee
You can check availability and book rooms directly via our website. Please note, however, that not all rooms may be visible online at all times.
If no rooms appear available during the online check, we recommend submitting an inquiry. In many cases, our reception team can still find a solution, for example by switching or exchanging rooms.
Groups / Tour Operators
Bookings for groups (more than 7 rooms) must be arranged directly with the hotel.

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT
Deposit
To secure the booking, a deposit equal to the agreed total amount, including board, must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card.

If the deposit is not received by the agreed deadline, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
Cancellation policy – Individual travellers
- more than 30 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
- within 30 days prior to arrival or less: 80% of the total booked amount (room + board)
In case of early departure, unused nights including the respective board share will be charged.
Cancellation policy – Groups & Tour operators
- more than 90 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
- within 60 days prior to arrival or less: 80% of the total booked amount (room + board)

Booked board
For bookings with half board or full board: free cancellation of individual meals (lunch or dinner) is possible up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If cancellation is not made within this period, the respective meal will be charged regardless of actual consumption. In the event of timely cancellation, only the room rate including breakfast will be charged.
Payments
Payments may be made in cash, by advance bank transfer, debit card, Visa or Mastercard. For departures before 8:00 a.m., the room bill must be settled no later than the day prior to departure.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance, which can be conveniently booked via our website. This insurance covers the following events:
- Cancellation protection: Reimbursement of cancellation costs in case of no-show (no deductible)
- Trip interruption: Reimbursement of booked but unused services
- Late start of booked stay: Reimbursement of necessary accommodation and meal costs during travel
- Involuntary extension of stay: Reimbursement of additional accommodation and meal costs at the holiday location
- Search and rescue costs: In case of accident or mountain/water emergency (including helicopter rescue)
